Every 34 seconds one child under age 13 is involved in a crash. Many times deaths and injuries can be prevented by proper use of car seats, boosters, and seat belts.
Child Passenger Safety Week is September 13-19, 2015. National Seat Check Saturday is September 19, 2015. Events are happening all across Florida this week to promote the safety of our children in automobiles. See NHTSA's list of fitting stations or the OPRC Event Calendar for an event near you. (Techs are welcome to contact the event planner to assist in fittings.)
2015 CPS Week Campaign Materials from NHTSA are available now.
Resources are also available to print from our website's Heatstroke Safety links page and the Print Ready Resources listing.
