Safety Materials Program 

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) provides funding to purchase and distribute traffic safety materials at no cost to the general public and nationally certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians (CPSTs).  

How to order safety materials: 

1. Register: Create an account and accept the Community Partner Agreement. (Please allow 2-3 days to set up your new account). 
2. Shop: Browse the store and place your order.  
3. Share: Distribute materials and provide education on passenger safety, child safety restraint use, and seat belt use. 

Child Safety Seat Program

The FDOT provides funding to purchase child safety seats for nationally certified child passenger safety technicians (CPSTs) who distribute these seats to parents and caregivers in need.  

How to order child safety seats: 

1. Become a nationally certified CPST. (Please allow 2-3 days to set up your new account).  
2. Register: Create an account and complete the Child Safety Seat Agreement. 
3. Shop: Browse the store and place your order (shipping is free).
