The 2017 LATCH Manuals are in stock and free for CPS Instructors and Technicians to order thanks to this Florida Department of Transportation grant. The Technician Resource store is accessible here: http://floridaoprc.ce.ufl.edu/ -> Resources -> Technician Resources All orders, including orders for a LATCH manual, require a "Public Awareness Materials Plan" (PAMP) form completed for the order to be fulfilled. After the event occurs that is indicated in the PAMP form, a return must be submitted to the OPRC; the returns vary based on if you distribute print materials, tangible materials, or both.
