Surveys were sent to Florida's Child Passenger Safety (CPS) Technicians and Instructors in February 2017 to get their input on what factors influence recertification. More than 350 responses were collected. Click here for the public version of the survey report. Child Safety Seat Ordering FAQs: Q: I’m a technician and submitted the agreement form but can’t access the car seat order page. What do I do? A: Contact a CPS Instructor, they are authorized to make the official orders per the Recipient Agreement Form. Find a list of instructors on the Safe Kids website-> Find A Tech -> Choose “Certified Instructor” under Certification Type -> Search Q: Where can I find all the forms required to order car seats? A: Forms are found under Car Seats -> Forms; a list of which ones you need is in the Recipient Agreement Form. |
