It's never too early to start brainstorming on a concept paper. Concept papers are submitted to the FDOT Safety Office January 1 - February 28, 2014 for consideration to receive grant funds later that year (on or after October 1, 2014). Concepts that are funded must be toward one of the focus areas listed on the FDOT website - Occupant Protection is one of them!
