Car Seat Dropshop Store Open July 8

The car seat drop ship store will be open July 8 - August 12 for CPS week event orders.

For an order to be approved, the following must be completed:

• Submit order between July 8, 8am – August 12, 5pm. The order notes must contain CPS Week event information.
• Email the following to the OPRC by August 12, 5pm. Please reference car seat order # in the email.
• NHTSA spreadsheet of planned media. Download Media spreadsheet here.
• NHTSA Fitting Station Submittal Form. Download Fitting Station form here.

One order per CPS event only. Approved orders will be processed the week of August 15. Funds will be dispersed across all approved orders received during the given timeframe; quantities in orders may be reduced to best fulfill all approved orders. The NHTSA spreadsheet and form will be forwarded to FDOT Safety Office for official submittal after marking off for order purposes.
