Shipping OPRC Promo Items to Resume late October

The 2012-13 grant year concludes this month, and ordering has been disabled for promo items until the 2013-14 grant funds are received and spendable (should be late October). The OPRC has shipped thousands of items the past few months; thank you for making this such a successful year!
