You must pre-register with BayCare in to participate.

Participant Requirements:
Must be a Hillsborough County resident or registered to deliver at South Florida Baptist Hospital (Must show proof day of class)
Must qualify for SNAP, Medicaid, or WIC (proof required on the day of class)
Only pre-registered participants will receive a car seat
Must bring a vehicle with working seat belts
The child must be present
Expectant mothers must be at least 28 weeks pregnant and attend the class
